Introduction
Hey, you made it! This is Sunday Spirit Talks for Galactic Seeds Episode 297. I take a weekly stool at the edge of the invisible and say what I saw, felt, and learned. Sunday Spirit Talks for Galactic Seeds is designed to be a laboratory where I bring the messy bits back to the light and try to explain them in human words. This episode covers a lot: a vacation that turned into more energy work than rest, being tapped to speak at a conference on short notice, a laptop update that turned my computer into a brick, some surprising AI writing work, and a major clearing in my Inner Voice Mastery system that actually changed my mornings.
Why mention all of that together? Because this is how my weeks go. Stuff happens, layers peel, and half the time my brain is doing three things at once. If you have been following Sunday Spirit Talks for Galactic Seeds for any length of time, you know full well that I don’t sanitize the mess. I forgot some things, I made plans that melted, Mister OCD and Mr. Asperger’s apparently took a vacation with me, and yet real work got done. So let’s dig into the particulars.
Vacation, Missing Episodes, and Mister OCD
Short version: We went on vacation, and I missed two episodes. I’m William. Mister OCD is usually a steady hand on the schedule, and apparently, he went on holiday too. I had every intention of making replacement videos while on the road; I even thought I had the sheet built. But life happens. Whatever. If you watched live, you probably noticed. If you’re on the replay, it will be 296, then 297, and nobody will be counting.
What surprised me was how deeply ingrained it is to keep doing energy work, even when I tell myself I’ll “be off.” I did lots of energy work while we were away. That’s who I am — it’s not like I can flip a switch and stop. But in the time off, something shifted. It finally dawned on me that there are people waiting for training materials — beginner through advanced — and I just couldn’t see how big that need was until I stepped away and looked back. So the rest of the vacation produced a plan: quarter four of 2025 is for building training. That’s a promise to myself and to the people who have said for years, duh, make trainings already. I’m doing it. Finally.
Global Warriors Conference — The Ask and the Off-the-Cuff Talk
We attended a conference that I did not even know the name of before we got there. It turned out to be called the Global Warriors Conference. I actually loved that. The Air Force called us warriors, and I had that mindset when I was younger. I used to read martial arts magazines; one story stuck with me, The Warrior Way of Toga Kruh. Names and philosophies stick. So the title resonated because warrior is a mindset I recognize and respect.
Franya was speaking at that conference and did a brilliant job. She read her piece and animated it with gestures and timing, and it landed. The organizer of the conference happened to sit next to me during dinner with a bunch of us — about 15 people. We were talking about my approach to energetics, how I see energy, and I casually mentioned I’d written a book on crystals and energy healing. The organizer looked at me and said, If I ask you to talk for 20 minutes about energy, could you do it? My brain went into shock for a second because I am not used to being asked on the spot like that. Franya said yes and I said yes, but mentally I was processing fifty different ways it could go. I did not make notes. I wish I had, but the organizer wanted it off the cuff. That was the whole point.
My description of giving the talk
Saturday came, and after a couple of edits to Franya’s speech late the night before, I got up on stage and shared a little about my past, how I got here, and some practical ways I look at energy. People told me it was good, including the organizer, so I’ll take their word for it. I do not have any strong ego about public speaking; I teach, and I think I’m good at it. For a while, I wondered whether I was slipping, but maybe that was just one of those moments when you question your own competence. Honestly, teaching is what I do. I’ll keep doing it.
Road Trip Meetings, Clients, and Unexpected Connections
The trip was a rolling patchwork of client meetings and serendipitous meetups. We hit Florida, met someone Franya knows in middle Florida, stopped in northern Florida and met a client I had only known virtually, came through Georgia and South Carolina, where a planned meetup canceled, then up to Pennsylvania to meet a client in person for the first time, then Dayton, Ohio, to meet someone Franya is building community with. The trip was equal parts social, energetic, and logistical adventure.
One of the striking things about these meetups was how normal the energy work felt to me. People nod at the things I say because it’s not weird new information to them; it’s ordinary. That was revealing. It showed me that the audience for trainings exists and that a lot of people are ready to move from casual curiosity to formal learning. I kept thinking, quarter four of 2025, that’s when I will get serious about putting material together that people can use, not just stories about what happened to me.
The Laptop That Became a Paperweight and What Dad Taught Me
Mid-trip, on a Monday night after talking to a guy in Mexico City, I ran an AVG driver updater. This has never gone sideways before. I did the update, and my laptop told me it needed a Windows 10 install or recovery disk to fix itself. I do not travel with recovery disks. Of course not. So the laptop turned into a paperweight. Not helpful for morale, not helpful for making episodes, not helpful for writing.
Here’s where the weird part comes in. My dad died a few years ago, and he was not a man who took vacations well. He had a worker ethic that would put a freight train to shame. Turns out his afterlife self decided I needed help learning to take a vacation, because when the laptop died, instead of panicking, I just slid into doing what I could without it. I used Franya’s laptop to work on slide decks and wrote stuff down in print. The world did not end. Mister OCD did not explode. It was like Dad said, okay, the universe is going to make you stop. Learn to stop.
That said, I will now travel with a recovery disk. Practical lesson learned. You do not want your laptop to become a brick when you are away from home. And my mobile coverage was wildly good on the interstates. Even in West Virginia, the signal was solid. So I could do some cloud work and continue to be productive, though at a different rhythm than the one I’m used to.
AI, Writing, and Building Trainings — Why Q4 2025 Matters
While we were on the road, I found myself working on writing projects in a way I have not done before. I was using AI assistants in real time — Claude and Gamma to shape speeches and slide decks. I would throw ideas to Claude in Franya’s voice, refine them, then feed them into Gamma to create layouts. It made the writing part faster and less grinding. My friend in the Philippines sent me a screenshot of an AI book for writers, and that nudged me to think bigger.
I tend to not think small. So I asked Claude to research published books on AI mastery and compare them to what I imagine creating. Apparently, my approach is different. That surprised no one who knows me. I am thinking series. From complete beginner to advanced multi-agent systems and workflows, a set of materials that take someone from curious to competent. That work, plus other trainings for energy work, is going to be the focus in quarter four of 2025.
One nice side effect of helping a friend with a book was learning how to write quickly in someone else’s voice. I used Claude and my process to produce a first draft much faster than the client expected. That is a pattern I can scale. It opens the possibility of producing trainings and books in a fraction of the time it used to take. The challenge is not the method; it is me. There is not enough of me to do all of this, and I am historically bad at asking for help because when I do ask, sometimes nobody shows up. That may be a story I need to change.
Inner Voice Mastery Phase Zero and Somatic Program Clearing
Now the deep work. I finally finished clearing out phase zero of Inner Voice Mastery. I do not have the words to explain how significant this is. For a long time, I woke up drained because of relationships that didn’t end well — not only in this life but in past lives too. They were literally sucking energy out of me first thing in the morning. After phase zero, that pattern is changing. I had at least two mornings in the last week where I woke up naturally before the alarm. Natural wakeups. Practical miracle level.
There’s a wrinkle I want to be clear about. We do not only have neocortex programs or midbrain programs. There are somatic programs in old brain structures — body programs — that can be removed and replaced with “light blank programs.” I started playing with that technique for a couple of days, and it worked. I thought of it on a Thursday morning, tried it on a client Thursday afternoon, and she reported a lot of benefit. Again, I did not give her a checklist. It was a feel-and-apply moment. Whatever the mechanics are, the point is that you can pull out old somatic programs and replace them with something lighter, and the body responds.
My description of what somatic program clearing feels like
It is subtle, and then it is obvious. At first, nothing seems different, and then the muscle tension that you have been carrying for years gets softer. Old anticipatory tightness in the neck and shoulders — that “when is the next shoe going to drop” brace — begins to unwind. The body stops expecting disaster. It’s not flashy. It’s a quiet recalibration. I am still exploring this technique, and I do not have a fully formalized set of steps to hand out. I tried it on myself, then on a client, and it worked enough that I am excited to incorporate it into trainings eventually.
Body Feedback, Sleep, and Small Miracles
The physical changes have been encouraging. The tension in my neck and shoulders has eased. The mornings feel lighter. For someone who’s been entrenched in work for decades, waking before the alarm is like a full refund on sleep. I know that sounds melodramatic, but it mattered. It matters because the body is not optional; it is the instrument for the work. When the body’s baseline expectation shifts from threat to safety, your whole energy economy changes.
There were other little things, too. I had nights where the body sent weird signals — a kind of electrical storm in the lower legs once, cramps across multiple muscle groups. It was intense. That happens when fields are reconfiguring. That-that’s the best words I have for it. The body speaks; you listen. Treat the body like a respected partner, and it will tell you where the field is moving.
Asking for Help, The Critters, and Scaling the Work
This episode brought another recurring theme to the surface: I am not good at asking for help. Historically, when I have asked, people either do not show up or their lives implode in ways that make it impossible for them to be reliable. I say that not to complain, but as a fact, I want to change. I cannot do all of this myself. There’s Scientific Spiritualist Incorporated, trainings to build, book drafts to finish, audio to mine, client work to keep going, and a yard that needs mowing because we got five and a half inches of rain while we were gone. My calendar fills up fast.
I have recorded conversations with a friend in Germany nearly every other week for five years. Those recordings are a goldmine. I am going to use Notebook LM to mine them for content. Mexico City, Pennsylvania, Mexico — all of those conversations are recorded. I will use the transcripts and the AI tools to pull teachable pieces out of them. That is a pattern I can scale. It still requires time on a computer, and right now my laptop is semi-retired, but the plan is forming.
I need to figure out how to get the critters out of the room — the people or energetic forces who seem to sabotage helpers or keep momentum from gathering. That is part energetic work and part operational. Honestly, when I ask directly, sometimes the universe says, No, fix the thing inside first. That is fair. So I am working on both: clear the internal blocks and build operational processes so other people can plug in and do solid work without everything blowing sideways.
Practical Notes
- Use what you have: If your main computer dies, use a backup or a partner’s device and keep moving. I used Franya’s laptop to edit slides and keep momentum.
- Bring recovery media when you travel: I did not, and my laptop became a paperweight. Don’t be me. Pack a recovery USB or image so you can restore a machine on the road.
- Mine recorded conversations: I am planning to use Notebook LM to pull lessons and teachable moments from five years of recorded talks. If you have recorded work, there is content there. Start small — topic by topic.
- Prototype trainings with AI: Use AI assistants to draft outlines or client-ready materials. Claude and Gamma sped up my process when I was on the road. It is not cheating; it is using tools to scale skill.
- Simple somatic clearing is real work: I pulled old somatic programs and replaced them with lighter programs and saw immediate benefits in clients and myself. I am not handing out a step-by-step yet, but if you are a practitioner, experiment with somatic release combined with replacing the program with a light, neutral template.
Closing Reflections
Working in this field is messy. You show up, you get surprised, and sometimes your laptop dies on a Tuesday night in a motel somewhere in the middle of the country. That’s the material for the work. What I believe after this trip is that the humanness of it all is the point. We get better by doing the things that are awkward. We get clearer by having little failures and then choosing to keep building.
I also believe that the body is not optional. When you touch things that have been in place for a long time, the body will let you know. The neck tightens, the legs cramp, mornings change. Those are not punishments. Those are signals that reconfiguration is happening. Heed them, pace the work, and treat each physical sensation as a piece of data.
Sunday Spirit Talks for Galactic Seeds is where I bring what I find, offer language that helps me hold the complexity, and then move on. I am not sanitizing anything here. I forgot names, I had no recovery media, I used AI in ways that would have been impossible five years ago, and I woke up naturally more than once. Those are the real outcomes. They are both small and large.
Finally, if there’s a voice in your head that tells you you’re crap, thank it, ruthlessly fire it, and escort it from the building. That line is not decorative. Those are old scripts designed to keep you small. Be the light you want to see in the world. Be the change you want to see in the world. And for the love of all that is useful, get a recovery USB and bring it on your next trip.
FAQs
What happens when I miss episodes or take a vacation?
Missing episodes happen. When Mister OCD and Mr. Asperger’s go on vacation with you, embrace it and be kind to yourself. Real work can still happen in the background. You will learn things when you step away — like seeing the need for trainings — that you cannot see when you are stuck in the schedule. Use the absence to get perspective and then come back with a plan.
How do you handle being asked to speak on short notice?
Say yes if you can and speak from what you know. Off-the-cuff talks are your friend if you have a clear point of view. I did not take notes for the 20-minute energy talk; I trusted my background and my framing. People responded. Preparation helps, but experience can carry you when required.
What did the laptop failure teach you?
Always travel with recovery media. Also, the failure reminded me I could stop and still get work done. My dad’s afterlife intervention, whatever you want to call it, was basically saying, learn to rest. You can be productive without your usual tools. That is a practical lesson and a spiritual nudge.
What is Inner Voice Mastery phase zero, and why does it matter?
Phase zero is clearing the baseline drain from old relational patterns and past-life attachments that sap morning energy. When it clears, mornings get better. For me, waking before the alarm happened a few times. The body and the energy field stop expecting old trauma patterns, and that restores baseline availability for new work.
How do you approach AI for writing and training creation?
I use a mix of Claude for drafting in a voice and Gamma for layout. Start by asking AI to research similar published work, then ask how your approach differs. Use the AI to create first drafts and iterate. It accelerates the rough parts so you can focus on clarity and craft. That said, tools do not replace judgment — they speed it up.
What does somatic program clearing feel like?
At first, it’s subtle. Then the old tension releases. You might notice less anticipatory tightness in the neck and shoulders, or fewer startle responses. Sometimes there is physical feedback like cramps or muscle storms as the field reconfigures. Treat that as information and pace the work accordingly.
How do you plan to scale your work without burning out?
I’m building training materials to move people from beginner to advanced, and I’m prototyping workflows that let AI and recorded content do the heavy lifting. Notebook LM will mine recorded conversations for teachable snippets. I still need to get better at asking for help and clearing the energetic critters who keep helpers from showing up reliably. That’s the operational and energetic work happening simultaneously.
