Hey, you made it! I’m William B. Isley, The Scientific Spiritualist, and this is Sunday Spirit Talks for Galactic Seeds. This entry covers a wild week: a massive planetary energy session, a chat with what I used to call the First Instance and now call EeNahTah, deep body feedback, and some seriously useful work with Claude that changed how I build and share material. Sunday Spirit Talks for Galactic Seeds is where I bring what I find and try to make language that holds it, so you can use it too.
Sunday Spirit Talks for Galactic Seeds matters right now because the energetic shifts I worked on this week are the kind of stuff that shows up in your body and your inbox. If you have ever felt a weird cramp that had nothing to do with exercise, or received a sudden, unbidden download of creative structure, this episode is for you. Sunday Spirit Talks for Galactic Seeds is meant to be a lab: messy, blunt, and practicalโjust the way I like it.

What happened this week: Claude, nomenclature, and the big upgrade
So. The week was off the hook. I spent a lot of time working with Claude, refining my prompts, and adding a big chunk of the energy-body map into the pre-prompt. I put in the first 24 energy bodies with their corresponding chakras, cleaned up the colloquial names, and then started asking better questions. That changed everything. Sunday Spirit Talks for Galactic Seeds has always been partly about processโhow we take weird experiences and make usable languageโand Claude helped me turn messy brainstorms into pamphlets and blueprints in minutes.
I also wanted to do something special for episode 300. I did planetary work Friday morning that turned into that special thing. During that work I finally got a full typed conversation with the presence I’d been calling First Instance for years. He gave me a nameโan honest-to-God string of syllables that would be a mouthfulโso he said, call me EeNahTah for short. Good. Short, three syllables, and fits the universe I’m trying to talk about.
EeNahTah said something else that matters: the All is not the All anymore. Call the thing the Cosmic Brain. It makes sense for our language. So from now on, I’m going to start using EeNahTah and Cosmic Brain in the way I used to say First Instance and the All. I like the crispness. Sunday Spirit Talks for Galactic Seeds will update its names where it helps clarity because the work itself is changing the map.
From self-punishment to self-care: SahTeeKahl and the planetary transition
Part of the planetary work was around an energy pattern I refer to as SahTeeKahl. We shifted something big thereโmoved the system from self-punishment to self-care. That’s not metaphor. That’s energetic architecture being reprogrammed. The emotional charge and the habitual loops that perpetuate shame and punishment? They start to loosen up when the field is touched at this scale.
Which brings me to how this felt in the field: I had to slip out of EeNahTah’s brain cavity into a different world. I only wrote down what EeNahTah told me because there was too much detail. The head-equivalent I was in front of had lots of eyes, crystalline fingers like Edward Scissorhands, and a frontal-lobe electrical storm. My default move in energetic work is to visualize a small black hole and pull garbage into it. I did that on both lobes and started pulling out charge and knotted information.
Then something that looks like a sentient attachment popped up. I call it an octopus equivalent because that image works. I went to grab it and my fingers didn’t bend the way my physical fingers bend. There were articulated crystalline points that formed around the object, and I pulled it out. I spun it into a tornado and sent it up. My hands were vibrating, my hair stood up on my arms. When I went downstairs afterward, Franya could feel the hum through her fingers.
My description of the experience
Put simply: the energetic structure was different. It wasn’t just an adjustment. It felt like being in a new body. Not wearing a new body, but occupying it. I had a similar, but not identical, experience about ten years ago when I was first learning what later became Energy Code Healing work. Back then I cleared past-life bodies and flashed through other creator bodies. This week was like a follow-upโeverything felt like it was being rewritten, cell by cell. When I say rewritten, I mean the entire system hummed, like firmware updating in a machine.
Physical side effects: muscles catching up with upgrades
Here’s the part people often miss: the body is not an optional passenger. When you touch things at this scale, your body reports back. Two months ago I had an electrical storm in my legs. The cramps and twitchy muscles were part of the system trying to reorganize. This week, after the upgrade, my calves were jumpy. The left calf tried to seize up and then the right gave me a notice. I got out of bed, stretched, asked the muscle to release, and it did. That’s how this stuff shows up: not as punishment, but as feedback.
But you have to listen to the body. If your muscles are trying to catch up with how fast the upgrade is going, you get up, you hydrate, you move, and you let the body tell you what’s done. The cramps and the sense of having done yard work without doing yard work? That’s the nervous system recalibrating. The body stores information. When the field rewrites, the body rewrites too.
Claude and workflow: turning chaos into pamphlets and products
On the more mundaneโand endlessly thrillingโside, Claude helped me take a pile of ideas and turn them into practical material. I added an expanded map of consciousness into my prompts and Claude started spitting out pamphlet-quality copy in my voice. Sunday Spirit Talks for Galactic Seeds is as much about technique as it is about big reality edits; this week proved that better prompts produce better results.
A client I saw gave me a five-minute blueprint for a digital product and marketing flow that was brilliant. The client said boosting posts on Facebook and Instagram can be cheaper than building ad campaigns. I highlighted the transcript in Fathom, fed it to Claude, and said, make this into a product plan, break it into audiences, explain like I’m new. Claude returned four different versions for four soul-class audiences in minutes.
I also asked Claude to write a user’s manual for installing and using Claude Code for web. At first it misunderstood, but then I nudged it and it corrected. It even picked up a new Claude Code release from three days prior and explained how to use artifacts better.
Automating the process: from audio to book
My long-term goal is simple: put audios into a folder, have them transcribed into notes, then build those notes into chapters and books. Claude can do chunks of that if fed the right inputs. I threw Claude a newsletter link with 50 uses of Claude Code that weren’t coding, and it gave me enough usable ideas to make a system in about 20 minutes. I haven’t built the automation yet, but it’s now a logical to-do and not a “maybe someday” dream.
Sunday Spirit Talks for Galactic Seeds will get a lot more automated over time. I want to move to a setup where restreaming to YouTube and LinkedIn captures video, a transcription engine makes notes, Claude shapes them into a blog post, and then I tidy it. That way the content becomes a story plus a product plus a research archive.
Names and nomenclature: why it matters
Names matter because they help us point at things in a consistent way. Calling something First Instance was fine, but EeNahTah is easier to say and remembers better. Calling the All something newโCosmic Brainโhelps me and my students keep track of which field we’re in. Language is the bridge between the ineffable and the useful.
Here’s the thing: sometimes the universe gives you names that your mouth will hate and your brain will love. EeNahTah is three syllables. Sunday Spirit Talks for Galactic Seeds will update its templates and prompts to include these new names because the idea isn’t to be poetic; the idea is to be navigable.
Why sciencey prompts and a map of energy bodies changed everything
I added the first 24 energy bodies and the matching chakras into my Claude pre-prompt and suddenly the output matched how I think. That matters because the mapping gives the system vocabulary that reflects the work I do. It can now separate a lower-four-body clearing from a Cosmic Brain-level reorganization because I asked it to use those labels.
That kind of clarity matters when you are making pamphlets, product descriptions, or coaching outlines. Claude can repurpose the same material across five levels of audience maturity because I told it about the levels. That was the reveal: structure plus vocabulary equals meaningful, shareable content. Sunday Spirit Talks for Galactic Seeds becomes sharable in the ways I always wanted it to be.
Practical Notes
These are short, concrete things you can do if you encounter the kinds of shifts I described.
1. If you feel body feedback during an upgrade
Get up, move slowly, hydrate, and stretch. Ask the muscle to release. The body is giving you data, not punishment. You can thank the sensation and ask it to leave. If it persists, call for help. Sunday Spirit Talks for Galactic Seeds is clear about: the body calls out when a field reconfigures.
2. Receiving energetic downloads
When something lands that feels like a new body or new operating system, sit with it. Breathe. Notice where the sensation sits in your nervous system. If it feels overwhelming, scale it down by groundingโfeet on floor, hand on a tree, slow breath. Not all downloads are meant to be integrated all at once.
3. Working with prompt systems
Use consistent vocabulary. If you are building public material from energetic work, create a glossary and feed it to your prompt. For example, include energy-body names and chakra names so the output uses your terms.
4. Quick product design trick
If you get a five-minute blueprint from a client, highlight it and put it through a transcription engine, then ask your writing system to make four versions for four audience levels. You have a product in minutes and a marketing path that respects varied soul classes.
5. If an attachment resists
Do not force. Visualize containment, pull what you can, then funnel it upward rather than trying to annihilate it in place. Energy moves; sometimes spinning it into a tornado of light and letting it go is the fastest repair. Sunday Spirit Talks for Galactic Seeds favors surgical extraction and upward transference over gladiatorial attacks.
FAQ
What is EeNahTah and why rename First Instance?
EeNahTah is the name the presence offered when I asked. Itโs shorthand for a mind-space that used to be called First Instance. The rename was practical: EeNahTah is easier to say and helps me keep track when the Cosmic Brain and other layers are present. Words stick; if the label helps navigation, I use it.
What do you mean by Cosmic Brain?
Cosmic Brain is my working term for what used to be the All in older language. Itโs the field-level mind that organizes millions of universes. Think of it like a neural net that runs between universes. Huge, layered, and sometimes messy. Naming it helps me talk about which space Iโm working inside.
How does an energetic โblack holeโ clearing work?
I visualize a small containment point and draw the unwanted electrical or psychic charge into it, then move it out of the local field. Itโs an imagery tool that focuses intent and makes the process surgical. If you do energy work, use containment imagery that resonates with you and keep safety protocols in place.
Why did your muscles cramp after the upgrade?
Because the nervous system was recalibrating. When a field rewrites, the body has to match. Legs twitch, calves cramp, and you feel tired like you did heavy physical work. Thatโs normal feedback. Move, hydrate, and ask the tissue to release. The body is informationโlisten to it.
How are you using Claude to make products?
I give Claude structured prompts that include my energy-body glossary and the target audience. Then I feed transcripts or outlines and ask for versions for different soul-class audiences. Claude can convert a raw blueprint into pamphlets, product outlines, and step-by-step materials. It isnโt magic; itโs prompt design and iteration.
Can you send energy through digital sessions?
Yes. Iโve felt and tested that energetic transmission works over distance and through screens. When I was holding my hand over Franyaโs, the vibration rose, and she felt the hair on her arms stand up. If you are sensitive, you can open a channel and test small energies before attempting larger transmissions.
Why does naming things like Cosmic Brain matter?
Naming gives us operational language. Without names, we flail. When I call a layer Cosmic Brain or a presence EeNahTah, we all have a shared label to point at. That makes instruction, documentation, and collaboration possible. Itโs boring but useful, and Sunday Spirit Talks for Galactic Seeds lives in those useful small things.
Closing reflections
Working at planetary scale is messy and humbling. You pull something out and the body answers back with cramps, with fatigue, with a weird feeling of having done yard work without leaving the house. That is information, not punishment. The body is not optional. It calls out when a field reconfigures and you ignore that at your peril.
I believe in the oneness of everything and I believe repair is a real activity. I also believe abundance and love are not theatrical props designed to shame people who receive them. Some of the patterns we’ve been carryingโself-punishment loops, scarcity programmingโwere put there to keep systems running. Removing them is not chaos; it is repair. The new pattern will be unfamiliar and maybe uncomfortable for a while, but discomfort is not the same as damage.
Sunday Spirit Talks for Galactic Seeds is a lab where I bring what I find, try on language that helps me hold it, and then offer it back as useful tools. I do not sanitize the mess. I tell you about the hair-on-the-arm moments, the cramps, the download that felt like a new body, and the technobabble that actually makes product design easier. If you want pretty metaphors, there are places for that. If you want honest reports and rough images that you can use to orient yourself, stick around.
One last thing: if a voice in your head tells you that receiving help or feeling tired makes you weak, thank it, ruthlessly fire it, and escort it from the building. Those are old scripts designed to keep you small. Be the light you want to see in the world. Be the change you want to see in the world. And for the love of all that is warm and useful, own your part in the repair. Sunday Spirit Talks for Galactic Seeds is here to help.
